Taipei Taiwan, January 25, 2018 – QSAN announced today the official launch of XCubeNAS XN3004T, a 4-bay NAS suitable for workgroup and SOHO environments.
XN3004T comes equipped with an Intel Celeron Quad-Core 1.1GHz Processor and 4GB DDR3L SO-DIMM Memory, which is easily expandable up to 8GB to enhance operational performance.
"The XCubeNAS XN3004T is easily integrated into any SOHO/SMB environment, becoming the core of the workgroup data infrastructure," said Alfred Liang, product manager of QSAN. "At less than the traditional cost for Enterprise storage solutions, the XN3004T makes no compromise on reliability, performance, and comprehensive virtualization by supporting VMware, Citrix, and Microsoft Hyper-V," added Liang.
The XCubeNAS products feature a high performance ZFS platform, NVMe SSD slots, 10Gb, 40G and Thunderbolt 3 connectivity, and many other features. XCubeNAS is available either as a rackmount version or as a tower.
XN3004T runs on QSAN's advanced and easy-to-use proprietary operating system, QSM 3.0, which brings file sharing, data backup, and security to a whole new level. QSM 3.0 also runs on ZOL (ZFS on Linux), an enterprise-grade transactional file system that uses the concept of storage pools to manage physical storage.
