QSAN Declaration for Intel Processor Product Change Notes

Taipei City, Taiwan – September 17, 2019 - QSAN Technology Inc., an enterprise data storage manufacturer, today has announce the declaration for Intel processor PCN.  

Due to degradation concerns of the processors from Intel, Celeron N3350E, J3355, J3455 and Pentium N4200 processors, there were identified an issue with the Low Pin Count (LPC), Real-Time Clock (RTC), SD card interfaces which affect the quality goals after multiple years in service. 

The processor QSAN XCubeNAS 3000 series is using Intel Celeron N3450, which is not on the list regarding the product line issues. Please be noted that the Product Change Notice from Intel will not affect QSAN product quality and any further warranty services.
