QSAN Announces the Launch of New TrioNAS Unified Storage

Taipei, Taiwan, 31January 2013- QSAN Technology Inc, an expert of iSCSI and FC SAN systems for enterprises and SMBs, today announced the launch of the brand new unified storage series “TrioNAS” featuring the integration of NAS and iSCSI SAN into 2U and 1U chassis along with many enterprise-level features like compression, thin provisioning, dedup and SSD caching to address the demanding needs of SMBs.

Last but not least, TrioNAS adopts ZFS file system that employs copy-on-write transactional semantics to validate data stored under its protection to avoid data inconsistencies. The self-healing architecture enables the system to detect silent data corruption and correct error on the fly.
